I'm able to build both of these weapons with at least a laser attachment, a sight, and 40-45 recoil within budget. I've read that most prefer the MP5, but have noticed the PP-19 has a much tighter MOA, around half of the MP5 (3 vs 6). The saiga 9 is extremely stable making head tapping and hip firing very viable. Takes a lot of AK parts making it easy to mod.
