Fisher plow no power to controller.

Hi: Can anyone help me? I'm attaching a Fisher Minute Mount Plow (98) to a 2004 F-250.I don't have any detailed diagrams or instructions for the control valve. Everything is working except for the up down left right control. Start by removing the heaviest amp draw first. My guess is the motor seized over the summer.
