When I arrived to Xfinity San Jose I was greeted by Keiarra who checked me in on the iPad. I waited for about 10-15mins and then David called me to assist me with my concerns. From the greeting he seems annoyed. My first thought was ask for someone else but I ignored it and proceeded to use him since they may have been short staffed also.
