I see that you’re using Conda, so you can create a virtual environment with conda with help from that link. Once you create a “blank-slate” environment, try installing PennyLane again. Instead of pip, use python -m pip where python is the interpreter used for running the actual code. In conda, use conda update typing_extensions.
